Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Social Media & Content Manager to join our team. This role will take hands-on day-to-day ownership of our organic social media channels, playing a key role in our strategic objective to 'make bone broth big' and 'make Freja famous'.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize our organic social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and implement a content strategy for paid social channels.
- Line manage a Customer Engagement Executive to grow a Facebook community and social engagement.
- Line manage a Video Producer to deliver content for organic and paid social channels.
- Write copy for campaigns on all channels, including hooks, headlines, and captions for organic social, paid social, and email.
- Plan and execute the content calendar for organic social and email campaigns.
- Contribute to and own the delivery of paid social ad creative production cycles.
- Brief and collaborate with the in-house Videographer to ensure high-quality content.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing, e-commerce, and sales teams to ensure the needs of the wider business are incorporated into the content calendar.
- Report on all KPIs related to organic social and content, including follower growth and individual creative asset performance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a key social media role for a similar brand.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex topics in digital content, such as nutrition and health issues.
- Capacity to conceptualize and produce a wide variety of content in line with brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in graphic design and editing tools, such as Figma and Capcut.
- Willingness to be camera-facing on social media channels.
- Experience in a consumer products business, either food or wellness.
- Genuine interest in our brand and product.
- Highly organized, great communicator, and team player.
