About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Designer to join our team at Freja, a rapidly growing challenger brand in the health and wellness industry. As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets for various use cases, including social media, paid advertising, video thumbnails, and print materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create visual assets for social media, paid advertising, and other digital platforms
  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms
  • Collaborate with the design team to refresh and evolve the brand's visual identity
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure design assets meet marketing objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a digital designer
  • Advanced skills in Figma and Photoshop
  • Motion graphics and video editing skills are desirable
  • Experience working in-house at a consumer brand or at a high-volume design agency
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
