Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Social Media & Content Manager to join our team. This role will take hands-on day-to-day ownership of our organic social media channels, playing a key role in our strategic objective to 'make bone broth big' and 'make Freja famous'.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize our organic social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and implement a content strategy for paid social channels.
  • Line manage a Customer Engagement Executive to grow a Facebook community and social engagement.
  • Line manage a Video Producer to deliver content for organic and paid social channels.
  • Write copy for campaigns on all channels, including hooks, headlines, and captions for organic social, paid social, and email.
  • Plan and execute the content calendar for organic social and email campaigns.
  • Contribute to and own the delivery of paid social ad creative production cycles.
  • Brief and collaborate with the in-house Videographer to ensure high-quality content.
  • Work with the broader marketing, ecom, and sales teams to ensure the needs of the wider business are incorporated into the content calendar.
  • Report on all KPIs related to organic social and content, including follower growth and individual creative asset performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a key social media role for a similar brand.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex topics in digital content.
  • Capacity to conceptualize and produce a wide variety of content in line with brand guidelines.
  • Proficiency with graphic design and editing tools, such as Figma and Capcut.
  • Willingness to be camera-facing on social media channels.
  • Experience in a consumer products business, preferably in food or wellness.
  • Genuine interest in our brand and product.
  • Highly organized, great communicator, and team player.
  • Current right to work and live in the UK.
