Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across organic and paid channels
- Manage day-to-day content creation and publishing across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content calendars for digital campaigns
- Line manage a Customer Engagement Executive and a Video Producer to grow a community and deliver high-quality content
- Create engaging copy for campaigns across all channels
- Brief and work with the in-house Videographer to produce high-quality content
- Analyze and report on digital marketing KPIs to inform future content and marketing strategies
Key Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a digital marketing role for a consumer brand
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and trends
- Ability to articulate complex topics in digital content
- Experience with graphic design and editing tools
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
