Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day care and support to children with complex needs, working closely with the Support Workers, Deputy Manager, and Manager to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Participate in planning and delivering activities that promote growth and development, focusing on therapeutic care and holistic support.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and standards, ensuring the highest level of care and support.
About You:
- Level 3 qualification in health and social care, or equivalent desirable.
- Experience working with children with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge.
- Understanding of Ofsted standards and regulations is a plus.
- A compassionate and patient approach to supporting young people, with strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Must be a driver with a car.
