Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day care and support to children with complex needs, working closely with the Support Workers, Deputy Manager, and Manager to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
  • Participate in planning and delivering activities that promote growth and development, focusing on therapeutic care and holistic support.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and standards, ensuring the highest level of care and support.

About You:

  • Level 3 qualification in health and social care, or equivalent desirable.
  • Experience working with children with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge.
  • Understanding of Ofsted standards and regulations is a plus.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to supporting young people, with strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Must be a driver with a car.
