About Freja

Freja is a rapidly growing challenger brand that has achieved significant success since its inception. We are a small team that punches above its weight, and we are looking for someone who is proactive, entrepreneurial, and commercial with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across organic and paid channels
  • Manage day-to-day content creation and publishing across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content calendars for digital campaigns
  • Line manage a Customer Engagement Executive and a Video Producer to grow a community and deliver high-quality content
  • Create engaging copy for campaigns across all channels
  • Brief and work with the in-house Videographer to produce high-quality content
  • Analyze and report on digital marketing KPIs to inform future content and marketing strategies

Key Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a digital marketing role for a consumer brand
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and trends
  • Ability to articulate complex topics in digital content
  • Experience with graphic design and editing tools
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for our brand and product
