About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Consultant to join our team at Onyx-Conseil. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for driving adoption and user engagement with the Salesforce platform across multiple departments to create real value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Salesforce adoption and user engagement across multiple departments
  • Identify process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency
  • Customize user experience, ensuring the provision of appropriate layouts, features, and access levels
  • Implement AI and automation tools within Salesforce to boost productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, including administration and implementation
  • Experience customizing user experience, ensuring the provision of appropriate layouts, features, and access levels
  • Ability to identify process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical people
