About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for implementing and customizing Salesforce to meet the business needs of our clients.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement initiatives and streamline operations.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the provision of appropriate layouts, features, and access levels to meet the needs of our clients.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with the latest technology and tools, including AI and automation tools within Salesforce.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, including administration and implementation.
  • Experience customizing user experience and ensuring the provision of appropriate layouts, features, and access levels.
  • Ability to identify process improvement initiatives and streamline operations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical people.
