Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced housekeeping couple to provide part-time residence care for a luxury property in Notting Hill. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the property, as well as performing occasional informal cooking and food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide housekeeping services, including cleaning, laundry, ironing, and organization of the property
  • Perform occasional informal cooking and food preparation, with the possibility of assisting with meal planning and grocery shopping
  • Assist with occasional driving and car maintenance, as needed
  • Ensure the security and safety of the property, including sleeping on site when required
  • Work collaboratively with the family and other household staff to maintain a smooth and efficient household operation

Requirements:

  • Experience in housekeeping and/or hospitality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with flexibility needed when the family is in residence. Staff accommodation is provided in a basement flat with a separate entrance.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is £80,000 gross per annum, with a comprehensive benefits package including staff accommodation and other perks.
