About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Safety Surveyor to join our team at Notting Hill Genesis. As a Building Safety Surveyor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our homes and residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough surveys of our properties to identify potential safety hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Work closely with our Building Safety team to implement safety measures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with operational teams across departments to improve the safety of our homes and residents.
  • Manage floorplan and wayfinding signage projects, conduct site inspections, and coordinate EWS1 reports.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint sites for live projects, issue and manage purchase orders, and upload key building information.
  • Review lease documents to identify accountable and responsible persons under relevant safety legislation.

Requirements

  • Hold a HNC or degree in Building Surveying or Construction.
  • Have extensive knowledge and experience in Building Surveying or Construction.
