About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Building Safety Surveyor to join our team at Notting Hill Genesis. As a key member of our Building team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our homes and residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough surveys to identify potential safety hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement safety measures and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage floorplan and wayfinding signage projects to enhance resident experience and safety.
- Conduct site visits and investigations to identify and address safety concerns.
- Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure efficient project delivery.
Requirements
- Qualifications in surveying, construction, or related fields.
- Experience in building surveying or construction, with a focus on safety.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
