Position Title: Property Safety Consultant

Organization: Notting Hill Genesis

Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance comprehension of property structures and external facades
  • Work collaboratively with various teams within the Building department
  • Ensure the safety of residential properties by coordinating with operational units
  • Oversee projects related to floor plans and navigational signage
  • Perform assessments and respond to inquiries
  • Assist in investigations related to building safety
  • Manage financial considerations and ensure adherence to regulations

Execution Strategy

  • Assist the Senior Project Manager in maintaining residential safety
  • Conduct visual assessments and oversee project management
  • Engage with stakeholders and address access challenges
  • Coordinate site inspections and support building safety initiatives
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure timely project delivery

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong interest in property safety.

  • Qualifications in surveying, construction, or related disciplines
  • Experience in property surveying or construction management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with commitment
