As an Environmental Consultant - Property Compliance Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our clients through the acquisition and management of international property portfolios.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality Environmental, Health and Safety consulting projects, ensuring exceptional standards throughout.
- Enhance products and processes for continual improvement, driving business growth and excellence.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their Health, Safety, and Environmental needs.
- Partner with clients to develop and implement effective Environmental Management Systems, aligned with ISO 14001 standards.
- Communicate value propositions through proposals and presentations, showcasing your expertise and passion for Environmental Health and Safety.
- Hold or be working towards PIEMA membership, demonstrating your commitment to professional development.
- Experience in writing Environmental Management Systems, policies, and procedures, with a strong understanding of ISO 14001.
- EHS auditor qualifications, ideally lead auditor status, showcasing your expertise in auditing and compliance.
- Demonstrable experience in EHS services or consultancy, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
- Competence in balancing commercial targets with client needs, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- 4-5 years of experience working within a large multi-site facilities organization or role, with a strong understanding of corporate office environments.
- Experience of a corporate office environment is ideal, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
