Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior National Account Manager to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a key member of our FMCG recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and candidates in the grocery and high-street channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise return on investment and grow sales through customer development and continuous improvement
  • Network across accounts in all relevant departments and develop positive working relationships
  • Adopt a 'more for less' approach to drive sales growth and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients and candidates

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in grocery or high-street channels
  • Strong sales and account management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
