About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at GI Group Main Account. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in driving the success of our UK operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to client management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing your expertise to help them achieve their goals.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the branch through business development and client acquisition.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the Industrial sector.
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Full UK Drivers Licence with access to vehicle for client visits.
