About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to join our team at Search. As a key member of our Transactional Finance team, you will be responsible for leading a 360 desk and driving business growth through new business opportunities, candidate registration, and overseeing the entire recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take a leadership role in managing a 360 desk and driving business growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Register and manage a portfolio of candidates to meet business needs
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to placement
  • Support and coach other team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure the team is meeting its targets and provide feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in recruitment and working towards KPI/Financial targets
  • The ability to develop new business through B2B outbound calling
  • A desire to coach and manage a team
