We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Rec2Rec Search. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing a profitable desk through continuous business development, ensuring customer requirements are met timely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing a profitable desk through continuous business development, ensuring customer requirements are met timely and efficiently.
- Interviewing candidates to correctly determine their requirements.
- Networking and generating new candidates to fulfil client requirements.
- Developing long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients alike.
- Negotiating terms and SLA's with clients.
- Recruitment experience in the industry.
- A friendly and personable approach and strong time management skills with the ability to listen carefully to client and candidate requirements.
- Have the following personality traits - tenacious, bright, confident, determined, proactive, focused, driven, enthusiastic, motivated and must enjoy the challenge and diversity of a busy role.
