Senior Recruitment Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and sales-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Leeds. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to develop a long-term career in a business that is going places.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run a 360 desk in the Trades and Labour sector
  • Provide expert advice to candidates
  • Develop and implement effective business and sales plans
  • Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Lead by example through exceptional fee performance, activity, and attitude
  • Develop market intelligence
  • Work with the leadership team on initiatives and projects

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of billing success within a 360 recruitment position
  • Commercial, innovative, and ambitious
