Job Description

**Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Recruitment Consultant**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Search Consultancy. As a key member of our Accountancy & Finance division, you will play a vital role in expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  1. **Building Strong Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients through effective written and verbal communication.
  2. **Talent Generation**: Attract and generate high-quality candidates through job postings, CV searches, and social media channels.
  3. **Creative Problem-Solving**: Utilize your creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions and ideas.
