We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team at Moston Consultants Ltd. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and securing top talent for our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent, leveraging your expertise in talent acquisition and management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates, utilizing your knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Negotiate salary packages and employment terms, ensuring fair and competitive compensation for our clients' needs.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring seamless and efficient execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, delivering a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Contribute to the development and growth of the recruitment team, sharing your expertise and knowledge to drive success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, with a strong track record of successful placements and a deep understanding of the recruitment industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a proven track record of securing top talent for our clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of our clients and candidates.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications in recruitment.
