Job Title: Office Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at THE MUSIC MARKET. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our small team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office in South-West London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange business travel and itineraries for our Director and team members
- Book couriers and taxis for our Director, team, and clients as needed
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment, including office supplies and stationery
- Organize general office maintenance, liaise with cleaners, office landlord, and repair contractors
- Handle HR responsibilities, including onboarding new employees, holiday bookings, and absences
- Oversee Health and Safety issues for the office and organize insurance
- Provide general office administrative support to the wider team as needed
Requirements:
- Proven organizational skills and logistical planning skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask
