Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional front desk support to residents and guests, ensuring top-notch customer service.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly, adhering to company protocols.
  • Uphold building standards and ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere for residents to voice their concerns.
  • Encourage lease renewals and assist in leasing processes.
  • Perform administrative duties and keep systems updated.
  • Engage with residents to enhance service offerings.
  • Assist in organizing events and conducting inspections.
  • Strive for positive feedback across various platforms.
  • Efficiently manage mail and deliveries.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in residential property management is preferred.
  • Ability to exceed resident expectations.
  • Collaborative team player who contributes innovative ideas.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with the local area is advantageous.

Work Schedule

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with one Saturday every five weeks.
  • Working hours between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
