Job Title: Community Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our team at Varnom & Ross Ltd. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for creating a culture of excellence and innovation that delivers unparalleled service and promotes a sense of community.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing and Social Media:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence.
  • Manage our social media channels, crafting engaging content and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Network with industry peers and attend relevant events to stay abreast of trends.
  • Provide regular reports on marketing performance and oversee paid advertising efforts.
Events Management:
  • Take ownership of planning and executing all on-site events, from conception to completion.
  • Manage event budgets and cultivate strong relationships with vendors and partners.
  • Ensure seamless coordination and execution of events, exceeding expectations at every turn.
Sales and Business Development:
  • Drive outreach efforts to attract new members and cultivate strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct tours and onboarding sessions to showcase our offerings and facilities.
  • Focus on tenant retention through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
Community Management:
  • Build genuine relationships with our community members, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Extend warm welcomes and provide ongoing support as their primary point of contact.
  • Foster a sense of camaraderie and collaboration among community members.
Relationship Building:
  • Forge strong, trusted relationships with site teams and customers, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Champion a unified approach, sharing innovative ideas and soliciting feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence:
  • Demonstrate fluency in event operations and maintain up-to-date operational manuals.
  • Collaborate with site teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Continuously seek out opportunities to elevate our offerings and exceed expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event coordination, preferably within hospitality or corporate settings.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a relentless commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong leadership abilities, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
