Care Services Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Care Services Manager with a background in Supported Living and Mental Health Services. This role is ideal for those looking to lead and manage a new supported living initiative or for experienced Acting Managers or Deputy Managers aiming for a more senior position.
Service Environment: The service provides a 24-hour CQC regulated mental health supported living environment for adults aged 18-65 who have transitioned from inpatient care. Our aim is to assist individuals in their journey towards independence within modern, self-contained living spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the mission of empowering individuals with diverse needs towards independent living.
- Oversee the overall management and operations of the supported living service.
- Ensure the highest standards of care and support are delivered to service users, enhancing their quality of life.
- Develop personalized care plans tailored to the unique requirements of each service user.
- Coordinate facility management and staff operations effectively.
- Engage in integrated discharge planning, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth transitions into residential care.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of Level 3 qualification in NVQ Health & Social Care is required, with training towards Level 4 and 5 preferred.
- Experience in a supported living environment is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work flexibly.
- Commitment to providing person-centered care that promotes equitable opportunities for all service users.
- A valid UK Driving License and the right to work in the UK are mandatory.
