International E-Commerce Partnership Manager (m/f/d)

Overview: Become an integral part of our team as the International E-Commerce Partnership Manager, focusing on enhancing our brand's digital footprint. Your role will involve discovering, negotiating, and forming strategic alliances to elevate sales and brand recognition within the online marketplace. Collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders will be essential in meeting our e-commerce objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess potential global online collaborators
  • Craft and implement strategies to onboard new partners while negotiating advantageous agreements
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure cohesive support for e-commerce initiatives
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with current partners, tracking performance and identifying growth avenues
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to remain updated on industry trends and competitive dynamics
  • Stay informed about sector advancements to foster innovation and sustain market relevance
  • Align marketing efforts with partners to drive sales growth
  • Evaluate key performance metrics to assess online trading effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated success in online sales and partnership cultivation, ideally within the jewelry, watch, or lifestyle/fashion industries
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
  • Results-driven approach with a capacity to spearhead initiatives
  • Highly organized with robust analytical capabilities
  • Prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail is preferred
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes
