Role Overview

  • Position: TCG E-commerce Key Account Manager - Spain
  • Objective: This position aims to enhance the growth of Pokémon Trading Card Game products through Spanish E-commerce platforms, particularly focusing on Amazon. The role involves executing the defined e-commerce strategy while ensuring alignment with regional sales goals.
  • Classification: Exempt

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an annual Business Plan tailored to your account, aligning with sales objectives for Spain.
  • Maintain close communication with Amazon Spain to relay up-to-date information regarding Pokémon TCG products, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance the online visibility of Pokémon TCG through sales data and market insights.
  • Engage in annual discussions regarding trade term renewals in collaboration with the Senior E-Commerce Sales Manager.
  • Continuously monitor key metrics (Sell-through, Traffic, Conversion rate, etc.) for Pokémon TCG products and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Provide internal recommendations for stock production on new releases and potential reprints.
  • Oversee stock levels and propose initiatives to address issues, ensuring optimal product availability.
  • Collaborate with the Media agency to execute Amazon Search Campaigns and develop comprehensive advertising strategies.
  • Work closely with the TCG Logistics team to resolve any fulfillment challenges.
  • Coordinate with TCG Merchandising Managers to ensure content aligns with sales objectives.
  • Partner with the Finance team to manage monthly Amazon allowances invoices.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to maximize visibility opportunities.
  • Occasionally present e-commerce initiatives and best practices to internal teams and other retailers.
  • Align with the Senior Sales Manager, Regional TCG Sales - Spain to ensure a unified approach to regional goals.
  • Explore opportunities to expand and support other e-commerce platforms within the region.
  • Conduct ongoing market analysis, including sales performance and competitor activities, to assess brand and market performance.

Qualifications

  • Five to seven years of relevant professional experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with Amazon's Vendor Central and key performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Proficiency in an additional European language is advantageous.

Compensation Overview: The starting salary for this role typically ranges from £58,000 to £68,000, with a total compensation range of £58,000 to £86,000, based on qualifications and experience.
