Role Overview

  • Position: TCG E-commerce Key Account Manager - Spain
  • Objective: This position aims to enhance the growth of Pokémon Trading Card Game products through Spanish E-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon. You will implement the proposed e-commerce strategy, ensuring alignment with regional sales goals. Reporting will be to the Senior Manager of Regional TCG Sales, with additional reporting to the Senior Manager of TCG E-commerce Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an annual Business Plan for your account that aligns with sales objectives in Spain.
  • Maintain close communication with Amazon Spain to share the latest information regarding Pokémon TCG products, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Identify strategies to enhance the online visibility of Pokémon TCG by utilizing sales data, market insights, and best practices aligned with Amazon's tools and promotional calendar.
  • Participate in annual discussions regarding the renewal of trade terms in collaboration with the Senior E-commerce Sales Manager.
  • Continuously evaluate key metrics on Amazon (Sell-through, Traffic, Conversion rate, etc.) for TCG products and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Provide internal recommendations for stock production on new releases and potential reprints.
  • Monitor inventory levels and suggest initiatives to resolve any issues, ensuring maximum product availability.
  • Collaborate with our media agency to execute Amazon Search Campaigns and develop comprehensive advertising strategies.
  • Work closely with the TCG Logistics team to troubleshoot fulfillment challenges.
  • Coordinate with TCG Merchandising Managers to ensure content aligns with sales objectives.
  • Engage with the Finance team to manage monthly Amazon allowances invoices.
  • Partner with Marketing teams to maximize visibility opportunities.
  • Occasionally present to internal teams and other retailers regarding e-commerce initiatives and best practices.
  • Align with the Senior Sales Manager, Regional TCG Sales - Spain to ensure overarching regional goals are met.
  • Support and expand other e-commerce platforms within the region as opportunities arise.
  • Conduct ongoing market analysis, including sales performance, competitor activities, and digital exposure to assess brand and market performance.

Qualifications

  • Five to seven years of relevant professional experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent applicable experience.
  • Familiarity with Amazon's Vendor Central and key performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and reporting abilities.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Proficiency in an additional European language is advantageous.

Compensation: The starting salary for this role typically ranges from £58,000 to £68,000, with a full range of £58,000 to £86,000, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
