About the Role

Circet Ireland & UK is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a Fibre Support Specialist role. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract, working full-time hours with hybrid working options available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our Fibre clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide key support to our engineers and supervisors, facilitating efficient communication and collaboration.
  • Manage the Fibre engineer's day, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  • Answer calls on the Fibre Line, resolving customer queries and issues promptly.
  • Proactively update customers and engineers on issue resolutions, maintaining transparency and trust.
  • Verify accuracy and attention to detail when checking forms associated with each job, ensuring quality and precision.
  • Take ownership of daily tasks, escalating problems as necessary and ensuring seamless resolution.
  • Retain customers through effective communication and issue resolution, minimizing failed appointments.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, with prior Service Centre Agent experience and a willingness to undertake additional training as required.
  • Working knowledge of work management systems and Windows (Excel/Word).
  • Awareness of Health & Safety and Quality Assurance Procedures.
  • Sound Telecommunication Knowledge.
  • Effective Teamwork and self-motivation, with the ability to motivate others.
  • Professional and technical expertise, with enthusiasm, passion, patience, and critical thinking skills.
  • Good logical skills and ability to prioritize tasks based on situations.
