About the Role

Circet Ireland & UK is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a Fibre Support Specialist role. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract, working full-time hours with hybrid working options available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our Fibre clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Provide key support to our engineers and supervisors, facilitating efficient management of Fibre engineer's day.
  • Manage Fibre engineer's day efficiently, prioritizing tasks and escalating problems as necessary.
  • Proactively update customers and engineers on issue resolution, maintaining open communication channels.
  • Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of tasks and issues, adhering to quality assurance procedures.
  • Take ownership of daily tasks, escalating problems where necessary, and ensuring failed appointments are contacted and retained where applicable.

Requirements

  • Competent in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, with prior Service Centre Agent experience and willingness to undertake additional training as required.
  • Good working knowledge of work management systems and Windows (Excel/Word).
  • Good awareness of Health & Safety and Quality Assurance Procedures.
  • Sound Telecommunication Knowledge.
  • Effective Teamwork.
  • Self-motivated, able to motivate others effectively, with professional and technical expertise, enthusiasm, patience, and critical thinking skills.
  • Good logical skills and ability to prioritize tasks depending on situations.
