About the Role:

Circet Ireland & UK is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a 9-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our Fibre clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Support our engineers and supervisors in their daily tasks, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Utilize Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, to manage and analyze data.
  • Participate in additional training as required to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft packages and work management systems.
  • Good working knowledge of health and safety procedures and quality assurance protocols.
