We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Service Centre Agent.

About the Role:

The Service Centre Agent will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of jobs daily, helping to reach completion rate targets and closing jobs down to allow accurate billing. Reporting directly to a SC Team Manager, the SCA will communicate regularly with customers, client contact centres, engineers, and field leaders throughout the UK via both inbound and outbound service calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review all jobs completed by engineers to ensure forms match actions undertaken on site, stock is recorded, and notes and signatures are captured.
  • Liaise with engineers to capture missing information.
  • React to issues as they arise and take corrective action, including updates to customers or escalation to field leaders.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and follow up with customers after appointments to check quality of work.

Required Skills:

  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage engineers' daily tasks efficiently.
  • Multitasking skills using multiple phone lines and ability to juggle this with administration work.
  • Ability to escalate and report issues.
  • Proficient IT skills - email, webchat, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Great attention to detail.
