Business Development Manager - Mortgage Specialist

Ultimate Banking Ltd

Up to £50k + £5k Car Allowance

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Ultimate Banking Ltd, a leading provider of mortgages and savings to the market. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing introduced mortgage business from a defined geographic area in line with our overall intermediary mortgage plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To proactively develop introduced mortgage business from a defined geographic area, leveraging your expertise in business development and relationship management within the mortgage industry.
  • To develop, regularly review and update a business plan for your defined geographical area, aiming to achieve agreed business mix and drive growth in the mortgage market.
  • To collaborate with our intermediary telephone business development managers and other internal stakeholders to develop and implement a contact strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience and skills in business development/relationship management within mortgages, with a strong understanding of the mortgage industry and its trends.
  • A full UK driving licence and the ability to work within the desired patch (North East).
  • Possession of CeMap qualification or working towards it, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
