Job Summary:

Rubix Group, a leading distributor of industrial maintenance products and services in Europe, is seeking a highly skilled Branch Business Manager to drive productivity, growth, and profit improvement within our UK branch.

About the Role:

  • Lead the management of external and internal sales teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing branch team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new business plans that meet customer requirements
  • Manage profit and cost centers to ensure optimal financial performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement process improvements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in general management roles, preferably in a process-centric business
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of driving business growth and improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to challenge and develop team performance to achieve business objectives
  • Experience in customer relationship management and business development
