Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts in the audiology sector, building strong relationships with audiologists, hearing aid dispensers, and store managers.

  • Managing a portfolio of key accounts, including audiologists, hearing aid dispensers, and store managers
  • Building strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Either sales experience within a healthcare-related industry or an audiologist/hearing aid dispenser looking to move into sales
  • A passion and aptitude for selling technical products
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills
  • Able to travel and spend occasional nights away
