FINANCE COORDINATOR

As a Finance Coordinator, your role will involve -

Being self-driven, as you will primarily work independently within a distributed team Maintaining organization to meet deadlines and achieve targets Exhibiting strong communication skills with colleagues both in the hotel and within your cluster Demonstrating trustworthiness and a security-conscious mindset, as you will handle cash and sensitive financial information Paying attention to detail, as you will perform repetitive and structured tasks that require accuracy

Finance Coordinator Responsibilities:

Ensure all payment deadlines between Leonardo and agents are adhered to Manage four key accounts, verifying totals before processing group invoices Guarantee the accuracy of all commission payments Confirm that all commission rates are agreed upon and supported by signed contracts Collaborate with Leonardo Sales Account Managers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations Assist Sales Account Managers with contracts and commission rates Implement and communicate new policies and procedures in accordance with company guidelines Understand the business operations of Leonardo as a hospitality provider Address supplier inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner Ensure prompt and effective responses to all stakeholders, resolving issues in a timely fashion Contribute to the development and achievement of business objectives for the commission/AP team Facilitate proactive planning to ensure the Commission department is always prepared Communicate and collaborate effectively with management and colleagues The above list is not exhaustive, and you may be expected to undertake reasonable requests or duties as directed by management
