As a Finance Coordinator, your responsibilities will include -

Being self-driven, as you will primarily work independently within a distributed team Maintaining excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines and achieve targets Demonstrating effective communication skills with colleagues both in the hotel and across your cluster Upholding trustworthiness and security awareness, given your access to cash and sensitive financial information Paying close attention to detail, as you will be handling repetitive, structured tasks that require accuracy

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely processing of all invoice payments as agreed with agents Manage four primary accounts, verifying totals before processing group invoices Guarantee the accuracy of all commission payments Confirm that all commission rates are agreed upon and supported by signed contracts Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations Assist Sales Account Managers with contracts and commission rates Implement and communicate new policies and procedures in accordance with company standards Understand the operational aspects of Leonardo as a hospitality provider Address supplier inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner Ensure prompt and effective responses to all stakeholders, resolving issues in a timely fashion Contribute to the development and achievement of business objectives for the commission/AP team Facilitate proactive planning to ensure the Commission department is always prepared Foster communication and collaboration with management and colleagues The above responsibilities are not exhaustive, and you may be expected to undertake reasonable tasks as directed by management
