Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team as a Finance Operations Coordinator. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and correct credits and reinvoices generated by our Query Resolution team using Salesforce.
  • Interpret and analyze complex data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Present findings in a clear, logical, and concise manner to stakeholders.
  • Ensure high billing accuracy by maintaining attention to detail and resolving any billing issues created from amendments.
  • Work well under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams.
  • Manage multiple priorities and tasks, including occasional ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the Head of Query Resolution.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a finance role with transferable skills and experience.
  • Ideal experience working within Salesforce.
  • Strong experience using Excel, including Pivot Tables and Lookup capability.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
