Job Title: Internal Account Manager

Location: Salford, Greater Manchester

Salary: Competitive (DOE)

Hours: 09:00am - 17:00pm (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Account Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Co. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for proactively managing UK customer accounts, generating leads, and developing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive account management of UK customers
  • Generating own leads and developing through to a potential sale
  • Working towards sales targets
  • Negotiating and maintaining contract pricing with current and prospective clients
  • Defend current business while proactively looking for new opportunities
  • Analyse data - Preparing weekly and monthly reports
  • Account Analysis - Working through product drop offs and looking for sales trends
  • Liaising with customer services regards to new product information and alternatives
  • Researching Unlicensed products
  • Back order maintenance
  • Completing customer quality assessment documentation
  • Tender maintenance
  • Setting up and pricing of new products
  • UK Shortage support
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Internal Account Manager who possesses:

  • GCSEs Grade C passes and above, to include English & Maths or equivalent
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills
  • Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
