Inventory Management Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Analyst to be based at our client's head office, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Order Management: Place orders to ensure optimal stock fulfillment and manage order levels to meet business requirements.
- Inventory Optimization: Manage full availability on all active lines, ensuring a minimum of 95% availability and above.
- Performance Analysis: Work with the Buying team to review weekly trading performance on key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify any issues or opportunities in weekly trading conditions.
- Stock Monitoring: Monitor critical stock lines and ensure that any promotional activity is fully supported with appropriate levels of stock replenishment.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with stores and suppliers via email and telephone to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Supplier Performance: Monitor supplier performance against lead times and highlight any suppliers who regularly do not meet minimum order values when replenishing.
- Order Scheduling: Maintain and create suitable ordering schedules, including prescribed bookings.
- Technical Skills: Experience using Microsoft packages, primarily Excel, is essential.
- Education: A degree in a business-related subject is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
- Analytical Skills: Previous experience in an analytical, data-led role is desirable.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with the Buying team and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A good eye for detail and the ability to problem-solve are essential for this role.
