The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Fellow to lead the operational delivery of a new research project, "Developing effective service models for Adult Palliative and end of life care for People with a Learning disability (DAPPLE)", a complex study with several work packages. The project involves field work at study sites across England and collaboration with researchers at Kingston University, Open University, University of Leicester, and LOROS Hospice. The successful candidate will have a leading role in coordinating the study and meeting administrative requirements, providing a key point of contact for study sites, project teams, and panels, and regulatory approval bodies.

The Person

We are looking for a postgraduate-qualified individual with significant experience in project management of complex multi-faceted research studies. The ideal candidate will have advanced organisational and written communication skills, enthusiasm, innovation, and initiative when faced with challenges. Experience of working with a range of collaborators and ability to work at pace against deadlines are advantageous.
