The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting. They will have excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in ICT and office management software. They will also have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and experience in minute-taking and report writing. Familiarity with school database systems such as SIMS is desirable. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, membership of a pension scheme, life insurance, and other wellbeing benefits such as 24/7 GP access. They will also have access to car-parking on site and free lunches.
