Job Role Summary

- Organize job bookings in accordance with established procedures.
- Prepare quotations in line with company guidelines.
- Procure necessary components/services to meet client demands.
- Engage with clients and suppliers to facilitate operations.
- Prioritize workload to align with client timelines.
Skills and Experience
- Proficient in IT with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Background in administrative roles.
- Familiarity with engineering components such as bearings and seals.
- Experience in procurement processes.
