Job Role Summary

  • Schedule jobs and prepare quotations based on service reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to workplace standards.
  • Organize job bookings in accordance with established procedures.
  • Prepare quotations in line with company guidelines.
  • Procure necessary components/services to meet client demands.
  • Engage with clients and suppliers to facilitate operations.
  • Prioritize workload to align with client timelines.

Skills and Experience

  • Proficient in IT with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Background in administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with engineering components such as bearings and seals.
  • Experience in procurement processes.
