We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scheduler - Service Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our busy schedule of engineering works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the calendars of engineers, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient use of time
- Provide administrative support, including preparing documents and reports
- Assist in the coordination of travel arrangements and accommodation for team members
- Monitor deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure all deliverables are met in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
