About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Services Engineer to join our team at Pareto Facilities Management. As a key member of our Workplace Management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' UK corporate estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out predominately fabric and planned maintenance tasks, as well as minor works and project support across our clients' UK corporate estate.
  • Ensure that maintenance tasks are carried out on time, including self-delivered, sub-contracted, and those managed by the Landlord/Build Management teams where appropriate.
  • Be involved in PPM scheduling and the sourcing and onboarding of new suppliers.
  • Have a keen eye for health and safety as well as best practice working methods and always be ready to support the Workplace management team at a moment's notice.
Working Conditions

The job holder will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and will be required to regularly review RAMS for Workplace tasks and from Contractors. There may also be a requirement to work unsociable hours including evenings and weekends, but this will be limited to only when absolutely necessary.

Requirements
  • Experience within building, maintenance working practices and procedures, especially matters concerning Health & Safety.
  • General understanding and competency around typical building services issues including but not limited to plumbing issues, leaks, power failures, and emergency procedures.
  • IOSH working safely and knowledge of Prolojik lighting systems, but training can be given. Previous experience with a SAFECONTRACTOR approved business.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently verbally and in writing as an expert in your field with stakeholders from all levels.
