About the Role

Pareto Facilities Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Services Engineer to join our UK Workplace Management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' UK corporate estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out reactive and planned maintenance tasks, including fabric and minor works, across our UK corporate estate.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace regulations and best practices, with a keen eye for health and safety.
  • Work closely with the Workplace Management team to ensure all works are carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Manage and maintain the London PPM planner on the Elogs system.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and internal teams.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on building services issues, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and plans.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in building services maintenance and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • IOSH working safely certification and knowledge of Prolojik lighting systems an advantage.
