Key Responsibilities- Drive growth through the development and execution of sales plans.
- Build and develop an energetic and ambitious sales team.
- Create our sales strategy for our key service offerings in collaboration with our Technical Architect and Operations Team.
- Develop and Deliver a successful sales strategy to grow and diversify our customer base within our target sectors.
- Provide sales leadership and develop the sales team to deliver our growth targets.
- Lead commercial and technical pre-sales activities, working collaboratively with our domain experts and our delivery teams, to grow our existing accounts and deliver new business.
- A demonstrable track record in sales, business development, team management and technical pre-sales.
- The ability to understand the customers' business and correlate this with how the services can help our customers solve their problems by providing the right solutions.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-workload, agile environment with a strong emphasis on meeting team goals.
- The ability to build a sales narrative which resonates with our employees and our customers.
- Experience managing complex commercial and technical bids.
