About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth at K3 Capital Group plc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 10-15 Sales Executives, providing day-to-day motivation and guidance to ensure they meet their targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Set and appraise performance, carrying out regular performance reviews and appraisals to ensure the team is meeting its objectives.
  • Lead the sales team responsible for prospecting and developing new business across multiple channels, including outbound telephone campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Compile and present sales reports on activity and other quantifiable objective measurements on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Analyze and report on sales analytics, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Work to minimize staff attrition through clear, open communication and staff development.
  • Create an agreed bonus plan and ongoing sales incentives for the Telesales Executives.
  • Deliver and manage performance improvement plans, utilizing clear and realistic goals to improve.
  • Manage sickness and holiday planning.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' previous experience working as a Sales Manager in a cold calling environment (appointment setting is a plus but not essential).
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team and ensure they are meeting their targets and KPIs.
  • Capability to train and up-skill a team of Sales Executives.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and coaching skills.
  • Goal and results-driven individual.
  • Experience of carrying out performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Strong managerial and sales skills with the ability to write and present reports.
  • Ability to read and analyze data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
