About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth at K3 Capital Group plc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of 10-15 Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals to ensure team members are meeting their targets.
  • Develop and implement contingency plans to improve performance where necessary.
  • Compile and present sales reports on activity and other quantifiable objective measurements.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience working as a Sales Manager in a cold calling environment.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience of carrying out performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
