We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth at K3 Capital Group plc.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of 10-15 Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals to ensure team members are meeting their targets.
- Develop and implement contingency plans to improve performance where necessary.
- Compile and present sales reports on activity and other quantifiable objective measurements.
- Work closely with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies.
- At least 2 years' experience working as a Sales Manager in a cold calling environment.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience of carrying out performance reviews and appraisals.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
