We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd. As a key member of our organisation, you will work closely with our Business Development Director to promote our specialised recruitment services across all our divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Management: Grow sales, opportunities, and relationships within our strategic customer accounts.
- Maintain and Expand Key Accounts: Effectively manage and expand key accounts through strong relationship building.
- Order Processing and Quoting: Process orders accurately and concisely, delivering precise and competitive rate quotes to clients.
- Customer Expectations Management: Confidently and efficiently manage customer delivery expectations, conducting both telephone sales and face-to-face site meetings to strengthen client relationships.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Successfully grow supplier relationships to support customer needs.
Requirements:
- Proven background in a sales role, either telephone or face-to-face.
- Experience in winning new customers and business.
- Sales and Business Development experience in a recruitment agency environment is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong IT skills.
- Must be a team player.

- This position is ideal for a tenacious, outgoing, and enthusiastic individual who can thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- The successful candidate will be able to deal effectively with individuals at all levels, demonstrate strong commercial/business acumen, and work with initiative.
