Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity to play a vital role in the Wholesale KYC Operations (WKO) division.

As a Project Manager - Client Onboarding & Documentation Associate within Operations, you will collaborate closely with both regional and global WKO stakeholders, serving as a bridge between various functional teams. Your responsibilities will include managing projects, driving transformation, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. This position offers a unique chance to gain insights into business process enhancement, technology implementation, and performance management for the stability and governance of regulatory outputs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with firmwide standards, controls, and governance of automation solutions.
  • Work in close partnership with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to effectively communicate team priorities and requirements, particularly regarding Code Releases and Testing environments.
  • Utilize Business Driven Development / Test Driven Development methodologies or automated test case processes.
  • Identify opportunities for testing automation and synergies within the project scope.
  • Align project priorities with the global WKO strategic framework.
  • Draft test cases and participate in End To End (E2E), post-production, and production parallel testing.
  • Exhibit effective controls surrounding the introduction of changes or process enhancements.
  • Take initiative and leadership in resolving conflicts throughout project execution.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management.
  • Proficient in data analysis, data mining, and system analysis.
  • Experience with UI technologies, particularly Tableau.
  • Familiarity with Alteryx.
  • Understanding of a global banking process and operational environment, including management and external reporting. Strong business acumen in Investment Banking, encompassing product, process, and system knowledge, as well as a solid grasp of the trade lifecycle.
  • Ability to achieve results through a proactive approach.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, and Project.
  • Able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks to meet objectives.
  • Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
